Formula:
H3PO4 (Ortho).

Classification:
B.T.N. 28.092000.CAS No. 7664-38-2.
EINECS No. 231-633-2EEC Classification E338

Method of Manufacture:
The ROTEM AMFERT NEGEV Food Grade Acid is manufactured by the hydrochloric acid attack
on phosphate rock, and by a solvent extraction cleaning process. The phosphoric acid is
produced in the process at a concentration of 93% H3PO4 and then diluted according to the
specifications and requirements of the clients.

Appearance:
The Food Grade Acid is a water clear, slightly viscous liquid.

* The real freezing point is actually lower since the acid has supercooling properties which reduces the crystallization temperature.
** The density increases with decreasing temperature, at a rate equal to 0.00077 g/ml for each degree centigrade.
